Before you book please read.

Hall to be cleared, cleaned and locked by end of hire period or by 11.30am next morning.  A deduction will be made to the deposit to cover any expense occurred if hall is not left as found or invoice sent to cover expenses.

All bookings are subject to committee approval

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking if outside parish. Remaining 50% is payable prior to the release of the key. We advise payment by BACS, although cheques can be made payable to Stoke St Michael War Memorial Village Hall Sort Code: 30-99-29.  Acc No: 00945134.

(IMPORTANT NOTE: Full hire payment needs to be made sufficiently in advance so that hall Treasurer can confirm cleared funds have been received into hall’s bank accounts.  Access is made via a key code to open the front door.  This will only be given once payment has been made.

A £50 breakage and cleanliness deposit is payable with the remaining balance if non parish booking.  This deposit is returnable, subject to full booking terms and conditions, see Hire Agreement on web site…

No music after 24.00pm Any fines by Mendip for noise or any other disturbance are to be reclaimed from the hirer.
