I do here by declare that the food business conducted or proposed to be conducted by/through me at the Stoke St Michael War Memorial Hall conforms to the Food Safety and Standards Act.

That all food produced, sold or presented has been prepared specifically to the Guidelines on Hygiene and Sanitary Practices as published by the Food Safety and Standards Authority and is fit for purpose.

Any electrical equipment brought into the hall to assist with the preparation or serving of any refreshments will be used at hirers risk and is not the responsibility of the hall.  All such equipment should be removed from the premises as the end of the hire period.

All food and non-food waste from such event shall be removed from the hall at the end of the hire period.

Please note our kitchen/hall is kept clean and tidy to ensure hirers can use the facility safely.  Please ensure all crockery and cutlery used is washed and put away dry in the location it was first found.  All surfaces (tops & floor) should be wiped over on your departure. Mops and brushes can be found in the cupboard next to the kitchen.
