Indemnity Form for the use of Bouncy Castles

If you intend to use a bouncy castle in the Hall for your party, we will require you to complete this form. The reason for this is that the Village Hall Public Liability insurance does not cover use of bouncy castles.

We will require you to follow the guide lines below. Please tick as read.

  1. Make sure the person you hire from has the appropriate Public Liability insurance (we may ask to see a copy). If the company cannot supply this you must obtain it separately at your own cost.
  2. The roof A frames in our hall are just under 9ft high and 8.5ft apart. Please ensure the size of your bouncy castle will fit under and between.
  3. All bouncy castles must be placed on a protective cover that will prevent the floor from damage. When positioning please ensure your castle is placed so that the lights cannot be reached by anyone using the bouncy castle or can cause damage in any way
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure the bouncy castle is used by children of the appropriate age and in agreement with the hirers user guide.
  5. Children should be supervised by responsible adults at all times when the castle is in use. It is your responsibility to put measures in place to support this.

Stoke St Michael Village Hall Management Committee accept no liability for any damage or injury caused from the use of a bouncy castle.
